Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  Days in transit are Business Days (weekends and holidays are excluded).  Orders received before 12:00 pm Pacific Time are normally shipped the same day.  Add-ons and changes after your order is placed may cause a delay in shipping.  MSR Wholesale Balloons is not responsible for lost shipments.  Should a loss be reported, we will make every effort to get your order to you.
