12 preinflated balloons ship from our warehouse with cups attached.  Simply insert the included straws and the balloons are ready to display.

Preinflated balloons readily burst as a result of altitude changes. To avoid disappointment, we do not ship preinflated balloons to the Midwest or the East Coast.

Preinflated balloons can take up to 24 hours to process and ship.
