Why should I create an account?

An account allows you to track the status of your orders and lets you see your previous order history.  You can also search previous orders and create new orders from your order history. 

 

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is a total merchandise dollar value of $50.00 (not including freight or sales tax). 

 

How do I place my order?

Order using the online shopping cart.
Fax your order to us at (206) 523-1037 or toll free (866) 472-7880.
Phone in your order at (206) 523-1010 or toll free (800) 984-1159 and actually talk to a real live person!
 

When will my order ship?

If you place your order by noon Pacific Time during the business week, we will ship from our Seattle, Washington warehouse the same day! (Please note that our organza bags, tulle and fabric rolls ship from our California warehouse and are not available in will call.  Please note that Priority Mail packages ship within 24 hours.  We will make every effort to get your package out as soon as possible.  There is no guarantee by MSR on any time of delivery by the USPS.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time will depend on how far you are from Seattle (Washington and parts of Oregon are only 1 shipping day away).  We ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. 

 

Can I track my order once it is shipped?

Yes.  Simply call us at (800) 984-1159 or email us at info@msrballoons.com  ane we will be happy to give you a tracking number.

 

What about backorders?

If an item is backordered, you will not be charged for that item.  Please reorder the item on your next order.  If your order is time sensitive simply email us and we'll give you an arrival date for the item, if it is available from the manufacturer.  You can request that we automatically ship the item when it arrives.  You will be responsible for shipping.

What about a printed catalog?

We have our everyday catalog and our regular and holiday flyers available upon request.  Just ask us! 

 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.  Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships.  We also offer payment via PayPal.  COD is available only for established companies with an order history with MSR. 

Can I get Net 30 terms?

If you have been in business for at least one year, you can fill out our credit application and fax it (206-523-1037) or mail it to us for processing.  Applications take 5-7 business days to process and we will contact you regarding the status.  If approved, payment is due no later than 30 calendar days after the date of each invoice. 

Do I pay sales tax?

If your order is shipped outside the state of Washington, you will not pay sales tax, however, you must supply us with your UBI number to place an order.  If your order is shipped within Washington State, you must fill out a Washington State Resale Certificate and return it to us before we can make your account tax exempt.  If you have trouble downloading the form, call (800-984-1159) or email us and we'll email or fax it to you.  We can accept faxed forms. 

 

Do you sell helium?

We sell helium regulators and tank accessories, but not the tanks themselves.  You can purchase helium from your local welding supply company.   

Do balloons hurt the environment?

Qualatex latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber.  The rubber trees do not have to be cut down to collect the latex, making latex a renewable resource.  Qualatex balloons are also biodegradable.  They will breakdown at about the same rate as an oak leaf.   Foil balloons and metallic ribbons, however, do not biodegrade and will conduct electricity if caught in power lines.  Please be responsible and tie weights to your balloons to prevent release.
