How To Place An Order
Make sure your shipping address is correct. You will be responsible for any additional freight charges if the order must be re-directed after shipment.
Minimum order is $50.00.
Online Orders - Preferred Order Method
To order online you must first create an account by clicking on "Create Account" at the top of the page, then fill in the information for 'New Customer'. All information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared. Your account will normally be activated the following business morning or sooner.
Once your account is activated, simply browse the site and add items to your cart. When you are ready to check out, click the "Checkout Now" button and follow the prompts. Make sure your order is complete before checking out. Add-ons must be submitted as a separate order.
You will receive an automatic email confirming your order and a second email when your order ships. Orders will ship the same day Monday through Friday if ordered by noon Pacific Time.

All items must be ordered using MSR's stock number as well as the item's description. This will avoid the shipment of different, yet similar items. MSR is not responsible for items that are incorrect if our stock number and description were not provided to us at the time of the order.
