Returns must be authorized by MSR Wholesale Balloons.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Defective products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Your account will be credited for the value of the defective merchandise.

Non-defective product returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Seasonable products and pre-inflated balloons are not returnable.
